Yes. Uninstalling the extension removes local data immediately. To delete account data, go to settings → "Delete account," or email info@poslovno.ba. We purge within 30 days.
We combine dozens of signals — domain age, SSL validity, business registration, known-scam patterns, price comparisons across marketplaces, review-authenticity heuristics, user reports, and chargeback data — into a single 0–100 score.
False positives happen, especially for new or niche stores. Click "Report incorrect score" inside the extension — a human reviews every flagged appeal, usually within 48 hours.
We compare against live listings across major marketplaces, updated several times a day. For unique or handmade items, comparisons may be unavailable — SniffIt will tell you clearly when it can't find a benchmark.
